Holis AI is a mobile health app that helps you take control of your wellness through clean, filler-free supplements. The app generates a personalized supplement stack based on your goals and lifestyle, gives you daily tracking and reminders, and offers a marketplace where you can easily purchase trusted, third-party tested supplements from retailers like Amazon.

Our mission is simple: make it easier for people to choose supplements that are actually good for them, without the hidden additives. Holis AI combines AI personalization with a curated marketplace so you can focus on results, not guesswork.

Holis AI is operated by Outlier Estates LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Holis AI mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the service:

• Account information such as email address and password
• Health profile inputs such as age, gender, height, weight, and general location
• Health goals and dietary preferences
• Supplement intake tracking data and reminders
• In-app chat messages with Holis AI
• Usage analytics to improve features and reliability

We do not collect medical records or diagnoses beyond what you choose to provide in the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and maintain your account
• Generate personalized supplement suggestions
• Provide reminders and intake tracking
• Offer support and improve the app
• Process subscription payments

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with essential service providers that help us operate Holis AI:

• Supabase for secure authentication and data storage
• OpenAI for AI features. Where possible, we minimize or anonymize personal data
• Apple and Google for subscription processing

These service providers act as processors on our behalf and may process user content only to provide the service. They do not use it for advertising.

4. Data Security

• Encryption in transit and at rest where applicable
• Secure authentication through Supabase
• Access to personal data limited to personnel who need it

No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure, but we use commercially reasonable safeguards.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and update your profile in the app
• Delete your data by emailing a request
• Export a copy of your data by emailing a request
• Opt out of notifications and non-essential emails

6. Data Retention

• Data is retained while your account is active
• After cancellation we retain data for 30 days for potential reactivation
• After 30 days we permanently delete personal data
• You can request immediate deletion at any time

7. AI and Your Data

• Your inputs are used to personalize suggestions
• Chat messages are stored to improve responses and your experience
• Data sent to AI providers is minimized when possible
• AI outputs are informational and not medical advice

8. Children’s Privacy

Holis AI is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights including the right to know, delete, and non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email.
