Terms of Service for Holis AI

These Terms govern your use of the Holis AI mobile application provided by Outlier Estates LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Holis AI. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

• Personalized supplement suggestions generated by AI
• Daily reminders and intake tracking
• Supplement schedule management
• Subscription based premium features

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided by Holis AI is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen. If you experience adverse reactions, seek medical attention.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your health profile
• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Do not rely solely on the app for health decisions
• Keep your login credentials confidential

5. Prohibited Uses

• Violating laws or regulations
• Providing false or misleading information
• Reverse engineering or attempting to hack the app
• Sharing or reselling your account
• Transmitting malware or harmful code

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Monthly plan: 2.49 USD per month with a 3 day free trial
• Annual plan: 24.99 USD per year
• Subscriptions auto renew unless canceled
• Trials convert to paid unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial
• Manage on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
• Manage on Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Restore Purchases on iOS: open the app and use the Restore Purchases action if available, or follow Apple’s guidance in Subscriptions
• Refunds follow Apple App Store or Google Play policies

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain data while your account is active
• After cancellation we keep data for 30 days for potential reactivation
• After 30 days we permanently delete personal data
• You can request immediate deletion by emailing support

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any custom supplements or notes you add. You grant us a limited license to store and display this content within your account.

9. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are owned by Outlier Estates LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlier Estates LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including issues from AI generated suggestions, data loss, or service interruptions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any action must be brought in courts located in Sacramento County, California.

15. Apple LAEULA

These Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The LAEULA applies to iOS users. If there is a conflict, the LAEULA controls. See: Apple Standard EULA.
